[News] Conflict between JYJ - SM finally ended
The conflict between SM Entertainment and JYJ over their exclusive contract has recently been ended. It’s been three years and four months since they started the dispute.
On November 28, it was reported that SM Entertainment and JYJ recently decided to terminate their contract as from July 31 in 2009.
They also decided to withdraw all suits filed against each other and came to an agreement that they won’t interfere in each other’s work. JYJ can now work free from interference of SM Entertainment.
TVXQ now consists of only two members, Yunho and Changmin. Jun Su, Jae Joong, and Yoo Chun are now members of JYJ, which was formed in September 2010. Both TVXQ and JYJ are popular in and out of the country.
As SM Entertainment and JYJ came to an agreement, there’s no possibility for the five members to get together again. TVXQ and JYJ are now free from the dispute.
Debuting in 2004 as members of TVXQ, Jun Su, Jae Joong, and Yoo Chun submitted an application for provisional disposition to terminate the validity of their contract with SM on July 31 in 2009. They formed a new group JYJ in September 2010 and have been embroiled in a legal battle against SM Entertainment.

[Catch Me] TVXQ releases group teaser for CATCH ME + Announce a World Tour

Having announced their upcoming plans for their first domestic comeback in a while and revealing individual teaser photos, TVXQ has revealed an additional group image with more exciting news!
Starting this November, the group will be embarking on their first world tour titled, ‘TVXQ! Live World Tour ‘Catch Me’‘, and making stops in various cities around Asia as well as other parts of the world.
The first concert of the tour will be held in Seoul on November 17th and 18th at the Olympic Park Stadium, making this their first individual concert in Korea in almost four years.
Stay tuned for more updates and the release of TVXQ’s new album, ‘Catch Me’, online on the 24th and offline on the 26th!

TVXQ's comeback 'Catch Me' Changmin photo Teaser
After revealing Yunho‘s teaser image and their plans for TVXQ‘s Korean comeback on September 24th,SM Entertainment has revealed Changmin‘s teaser photo.
Their new track, “Catch Me“, will tell of an ardent love and it will be accompanied by a powerful performance. On September 19th, SM Entertainment revealed, “‘Catch Me’ will have a trendy Dutch electronic sound and incorporate a powerful orchestral melody. Stimulating the ear with a dubstep melody line, it is a fresh dance track. The lyrics are about a confident man who bids farewell to his lover, but in reality wishes that she holds on to him to prevent him from leaving. It is a song about a man pleading for his lover to show him love.”
The agency continued, “TVXQ will show off their powerful charisma and choreography as they prepare for a powerful stage that has a story. They have prepared a stage where their performance, music, and visuals are all incorporated perfectly.”

TVXQ's comeback : Catch Me (Yunho Photo Teaser for Catch Me)
TVXQ will be making their long-awaited comeback on September 24th!
After releasing ‘Keep Your Head Down‘ in January 2011, TVXQ will be back to promote in Korea again with the release of their new album, ‘Catch Me‘.
On the 18th, TVXQ revealed their first teaser image of Yunho, garnering much attention from fans who have been waiting very eagerly for the group’s comeback.
Before the offline release on September 26th, ‘Catch Me’ will be revealed through music sites such asGenie, Melon, and Naver Music on the 24th.

[TRANS NEWS] TVXQ, Perdamaian yang Anggota JYJ Sarankan, “Tampil di Panggung Berlima…”
[CATATAN: Artikel ini berasal dari sebuah majalah Jepang, ‘JOSEI-JISJIN’, dan meskipun dikatakan bahwa JYJ ingin berdamai dengan SM, tolong perhatikan pihak yang mengajukan arbitrasi beberapa hari sebelum hari pembacaan keputusan pengadilan adalah pihak SM. Jadi harap membaca ini hanya untuk sekedar informasi]
<<Kasus antara SM Entertainment dan JYJ yang merupakan kejanggalan kasus mengenai isu kontrak eksklusif. Pembacaan putusan sidang rencananya akan dikeluarkan pada 19 Juli, pukul 10 pagi, di Pengadilan Seoul Central District, tapi kemudian terungkap bahwa mereka akan menghadiri proses arbitrasi untuk perdamaian lagi.>>
Pada tanggal 19, salah satu koran Korea, ‘CHOSEN-NIPPO’, melaporkan bahwa TVXQ Yunho (26) dan Changmin (24), dan 3 anggota JYJ, Jaejoong(26), Junsu (25), dan Yoochun (26) akan berunding untuk perdamaian.
Pada Juli 2009, saat 3 anggota JYJ mengajukan tuntutan terhadap mantan agensi mereka, SM Company. Kasus telah berlangsung alot selama 3 tahun, tapi saya berpikir mereka sebaiknya memberikan cukup jawaban untuk memenuhi harapan para fans akan perdamaian yang akan diadakan pada tanggal 10 Agustus.
Park In Dong, yang memiliki lisensi pengacara di Korea dan telah berkarir di Jepang, menanggapinya sebagai berikut:
“dalam kasus itu hampir tidak ada jalan keluar melalui pengadilan, kedua pihak sebaiknya berdamai dan bernegosiasi. Jika kedua pihak menyetujui, perdamaian akan tercapai. Sekarang, kita dapat berkata bawa kata “perdamaian” berarti kedua pihak mengakui kesalahan. Juga, saya berpikir akan ada jalan keluar moneter (dengan menggunakan uang ganti rugi).”
Tapi, apa alasan di balik pengajuan perdamaian pada saat seperti ini –
“ini adalah tujuan utama krdua pihak untuk mengakhiri kasus ini secepetnya. TVXQ dan JYJ juga tidak ingin menghancurkan image-nya sendiri dengan mengulur waktu untuk kasus ini lebih lama lagi. Pada prinsipnya, pihak yang ingin mengakhiri lebih dulu adalah pihak JYJ, karena merekalah yang dicekal dari melakukan kegiatan mereka di Korea dan Jepang.”

Arbitrasi yang telah diadakan 6 kali sejauh ini menemui kegagalan. Saya berpikir ini akan mencapai kata damai dengan mudah kali ini.
“JYJ sepertinya akan membuat keputusan seperti ‘Kami ingin berdamai kali ini’ bahkan jika mereka mungkin menerima syarat-syarat yang sulit. Jika perdamaian dicapai, saya pikir ada kemungkinan untuk tampil di atas panggung berlima di acara-acara music, dan lain sebagainya. Pihak perusahaan penyiaran Korea berharap kedua grup dapat bekerja bersama …”
